Works was done on car as advised, for the estimated cost. Ready to pick up when they said it would be. Staff all very friendly and welcoming, as always.

It was only a minor first service that took very little time. I had organised the date/time for the service a month earlier, turned up on the day late morning and an hour or so later the car was ready. In this time I had a chat with the sales team.

All members of staff at BMW Hungerford were friendly, helpful and professional at all times. Matthew Lovelock assisted us throughout our purchase of an X1 M Sport, we were not sure which vehicle we wanted and he assisted us.
