Loved seeing my car presented to me with the red bow, which was a lovely touch. Although there were a couple of issues with scratches on the car, which was disappointing given the newness, Alex and Mike dealt with this swiftly.

While I am sure their diagnosis of faults and warning signs is accurate technically, recent dire warnings about front and back suspension indicating immediate remedial work were not supported by two other garages.
