I telephoned my local BMW garage as I had a problem with a tyre. The person who answered my call helped immediately, ordered a new tyre as there wasn't one in stock, had one delivered later that afternoon and I returned to have it fitted.

My experience did not start as well as it ended. Christian was a huge help and took accountability of the issues with my vehicle, which was not what happened with the initial service advisor. Christian is the reason for this high score, he's great!
