Vonda was excellent, however it took BMW more than a week to decide that a new car shouldn't wear through rear brake pads every 14000 miles. By then I'd replaced them myself.

I WAS! going to have my car serviced at the same time and asked the service assistant if I could see the service being done, she said no, then went on to TELL me that I was not allowed to speak to the MOT tester about anything?.
