Excellent personal service from the sales rep and finance person The whole experience was premium and you are made to feel a very valued. The sales rep was particularly relaxed and not pushy in gaining the sale and detailed/smooth in the handover

I didn't get great service from Regensburg factory as they sent the wrong grille and delayed delivery but Matthew Lovelock of Dick Lovett Hungerford handled thing smoothly and apologised on behalf of his supplier.

I understand that the they've been forced to move but the fact I've been to the unit now twice and not had my car cleaned as per the customer satisfaction I'm being accustomed to it would actually make sense to reduce the final bill for a car wash.

Tom was great in a challenging situation, kept in touch on the phone and went above and beyond to find me a courtesy vehicle when central BMW itself told me I was not entitled to one.

The car did not move the day it was dropped off and I'm not sure a single issue was investigated. Despite BMW Connections telling me to take it in for a firmware update the dealership refused to do it telling me to wait for a safety recall.

My car was left with altered settings. 1. I leave headlights on Auto. I discovered that evening they were switched into Off. 2. Tyre pressure monitor showed a low press - incorrectly. They perhaps disconnected the battery resulting in false reading

The team at DL Hungerford are always first class. Despite my car being nearly ten years old I'm treated like it's a brand new M5. Car always comes back right, bills are always correct and whoever I deal with is exceptional.

Curtis was so friendly, welcoming & helpful throughout the whole buying process. We unfortunately weren't able to purchase the car because because of a recall between viewing & collecting the car but Curtis kept us informed of the situation.

Actual service and report was fine, only issue is a query - when you MOT my car last year no mention on chip in windscreen (it had been there at least a couple of years) guess what this time mentioned on the advisory on the MOT - can someone explain

On collection, there was a small, dark smudge on the light leather-covered arm rest between the front seats which was a shame. I think it related to the BMW recall about the driver's airbag. I used BMW's leather cleaner at home and the mark came out

My most recent service was a 'recall' and I was treated as if I were a very important customer and I was provide with a vacant customer office even though there was no charge to me.

Disappointed, a fault that required a software update shouldn't cost me anything. Then to cap it off, I was given incorrect costs. Seems convenient that calls suddenly aren't recorded. Vonda herself is a very nice lady.
