Just bought my first BMW from Dick Lovett Hungerford and Alex was amazing! Patient, friendly, and always kept in touch. He understood my needs and budget and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend Alex to anyone!

Excellent expereince at Dick Lovett in Hungerford. Stephen, in particular, was knowledgable, and kept me informed at all times. Andrew was able to help find the best price for the spec and model. Handover was seamless.

Loved seeing my car presented to me with the red bow, which was a lovely touch. Although there were a couple of issues with scratches on the car, which was disappointing given the newness, Alex and Mike dealt with this swiftly.
