Car took a bit longer to be serviced that I would have hoped. All done well and I bought a five year package at the same time but I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE PAPERWORK to prove it.

Poor service before Christmas, however rebooked after discussion with service department and rebooked for the service and MOT to be carried out on the 8th January. still waiting for MOT Credit as this was charged after you offered the MOT FOC

Visited BMW for an MOT and a seasonal check. Not sure if the seasonal check was needed at the time of MOT? Didn't get wash and clean as per the Seasonal service description ??
