Great service, my only issue is having to travel from Newbury to Hungerford. This has nothing to do with the Hungerford branch, a BMW branch in Newbury would be ideal. Otherwise, I have no issues and will happily recomend this branch.

The carsustained left rear tyre damage then because of tread differential both rear tyres were replaced. That part was ok but within 10 mins of collecting the car i had a tyre pressure warning all tyres pressure had not been checked and corrected

Because I was loaned a mini and got a puncture on my 10 mile return home. I called the garage and was told to call BMW assist. Masses of hassle and eventually followed rescue lorry on temporary spare tyre. Insult to injury I was charged for the tyre.

clear communication, and supported us in rectifying the issue reported with the car, and not just fixing the immediate problem. The only (slight) issue was getting there (with the roadworks immediately outside the service venue in Hungerford)

No critism, however the strange BMW way of informing customers that the gas struts supporting the X1 need changing on safety grounds after 5 years of use; surely this is a routine service item and no need gor the alarmist way of informing costomers.

I have about 10 positive years experience of this centre, They did what I wanted and explained why my 23d does not coast, but unfortunately at my cost. I feel the investigation was unnecessary as the answer was in the 23d model year spec.
