You only cleaned half the roof
I brought my car in for it's first service and waited while it was completed. It was very efficient and I made use of the wifi, using my laptop while I waited.
Excellent staff, made comfortable whilst waiting, not kept any longer than time stated it would take

Car returned in with no issues regarding the service and in clean condition.Drivers seat, steering wheel and mirror required repositioning back to suit me.E-mail service report could not be understood due to loud background noise.
My BMW was on a recall. I arrived just after 0800hrs and was throughly disappointed by the attitude of the DL representative checking my car in.Not enough characters to explain my disgust.

As ever they do what they say they are going to do in the time period they say it will take. On this occasion the YAW Sensor fitted last year was being replaced under warranty.

Dick Lovett (Hungerford) were excellent as always, it was just that my vehicle had a recall outstanding (not advised by BMW) that took four hours to repair. BMW called it 'quality enhancement' even though it could have ruined the engine!
I booked on line to wait for the car but upon arrival the service team expected the car all day. I hung around in the town for almost 2 hours without a call to say it was ready then went back it was sat waiting
All work done as expected and in advance of estimates finish.
Car was returned with engine warning light on due to a hose being left disconnected. Poor quality checking.

I would have given 5 stars as the service is top quality. But on this occasion a few days after I noticed body work damage that could have only come from when it was in for end of warranty/MOT. Contacted Dick Lovett who are planning to get repaired.

Having booked in an automatic I didnt expect the courtesy car to be manual. I did not enjoy it albeit a very nice car.
My car was serviced, the car my wife has was checked for a funny smoke smell, my car was cleaned and given back..

I was expecting to have to pay for engine coolant, I've never had a coolant warning light come on. I went in to get it topped up, instead they took the car in, refilled the tank, checked if there was a leek and cleaned the car. amazing service

The work was as I expected. Nothing to fault, as it should be.
The rating would have been five stars, but the valet service never seems to include the boot!
I had 5 alarm lights up at random intervals and sporadic power reduction from engine with light application of brakes. I was offered a first available appointment for diagnosis in 2.5 weeks which is not very good. Car eventually fixed OK.
Very satisfied and even sorted out a noise problem on the steering of the car.
Dick Lovett service is exceptional. All the service team have always been excellent. The way they dealt with the fault above saved me as a customer. I need to single out Paul Seaborn who went above and beyond and deserves great credit.

Took slightly longer than suggested when car booked in. 1.5 hours vs 45 minutes. Not a real problem.
Very easy to book the vehicle in for the work to be carried out. Kept up to date on progress and vehicle retuned on time and valeted.
I dropped off my car in the morning, to a well spoken, smartly dressed, young man (Oliver, I believe). In next to no time I found myself on my way to work in a courtesy car and later that afternoon I received a text letting me know the car was ready.
They did what I needed in an efficient professional manner.

Apart from an error on the Registration plates, everything else was fine. To be fair the error was corrected immediately and caused no problem.
The salesman Tom Doyle was really excellent. The last thing I wanted was a pushy type, having had that experience at other dealerships. Instead, Tom was very personable, polite, informative, efficient and likeable. It was also not a vast site.
Paul is a credit to Dick Lovett always on point, supportive, follows up, provided sound advice and makes you feel at ease with no pressure approach. Knows his products and how to look after his customers.
