On the last occasion, my car was in for wheel change, winter to summer wheels. The booked time was 10.00am, the vehicle did not enter a service bay until after 11.00am and the overall time I waited for my car to be returned was 21/2 hrs. Too long.

As there was not a courtesy car available i chose to wait whilst my car had an MOT, i had use of a room to be able to work, the car was also turned around quickly minimising the waiting time.

Not happy that the car was not valeted . I was told that you did not have the facilities as a result of the redevelopment of the usual service facilities. We should be provided to vouchers to have car valeted

I just need to phone them to book my car in for a service and in this case ask for a new battery and rear wiper rubber to be fitted. I turn up at the garage on the day, hand my car over, drive a loan car home, wait for a call to pick my car up. Done.
