The problems with my car was fixed, the person dealing with me was extremely polite and helpful and I got my car back looking as good as new.

Very satisfied with the service. I did have to leave the car there as once I arrived and went to drive off, the tyre pressure light had come on. Apparently the mechanic must have picked up a screw or nail on the test drive, but these things happen.

My car was brought in for a vehicle recall. The service I had was friendly and attentive. I had downloaded the app as suggested and was given a free air con service. My car was also cleaned. This time, no pressure to pay for non essential work

Everything was carried out as requested. An issue arose with the head lamp unit and Dick Lovett offered a solution that was far beyond what I would have expected. Ten out of ten for going the extra mile.

Tom was extremely proactive at keeping me up to date on progress and the challenges of authorisation from my lease provider. Once approved he got the work sorted quickly and vehicle ready for collection.

Found out some fishy tactics to force customer to carry out some work. How on earth in less than 2 minutes, I get call from lady whom I handed my keys says that "Brake fluid level is very low and to top it up cost is around £125."

Vonda was brilliant in dealing promptly with an engine fault and understanding that this shouldn't have happened so shortly after the expiry of the warranty. She accordingly obtained authorisation from BMW to have the fault fixed at BMW's expense.

I think I've explained fully in my previous answer to question 1 but in addition it is so good to see the whole BMW/Mini dealership is undergoing building changes to the whole site which hopefully will make parking much easier.

The dealer customer service provided by Dick Lovett in Hungerford was hit or miss I regret to say - I want to be positive and fair - there were too many errors for such a huge dealership - too long to list even the opening times on the website wrong

Due to the warranty process and systems not showing my policy, it took 3 days before any work was carried out on my car. This led to me being without my car for 8 days. Plus the issue mentioned with the alignment not being correct.
