Poor communication coming from the garage.as I think car under warranty no gives a toss. Badly managed
They confirmed the price for my first service, slightly cheaper than I was expecting.
When I collected the car, it wouldn't start because the fuel tank was empty. BMW then sent me to a garage with one of their employees so that I could fill up a jerry can to bring back to the car. I thought this was very poor Service
The customer waiting area was a little untidy.
Service & MOT completed quickly and car nicely valeted. They found the long lost stylus for my tablet pc under a seat or somewhere.
Once again well looked after by Charlotte and Leon on this occasion who sorting out my initial MOT and retest.

My car was booked in during an afternoon. I left it with them whilst I visited a friend in Hungerford. When I returned it was ready for me sooner than expected.
I did not get an apology as to why the tyres had not been changed in the one and half hours that I had been waiting.
Welcoming and courteous- I arrived at BMW for a service on my 1-Series but despite not having booked a courtesy car, I was given a desk to work, and frequently asked if I wanted refreshments by Barbie and Stephen.
Over the past 6 or 7 years I have never had a reason to doubt the quality of the service and repairs. Also the car is always very nicely cleaned - I usually think it looks new when I collect it.
Because I was completely satisfied. Why else?
Amazing customer service at Hungerford being friendly but professional, all the staff make you feel very looked after and special with nothing being too much trouble. My car is my baby and I love that way they look after her so well.

Dick Lovett Hungerford deliver great service and they were the dealer that spoke to BMW all those years ago about the 3 series convertible mentioned in my previous question response and fixing it under warranty.

Like the Garage at Hungerford, good experience.. It's a shame the parking situation is not always good, although the staff try to help you straight away. Would also like a garage closer to home, we live in Cold Ash - Newbury would be ideal.

My car was returned on a lorry with a recommendation, then it was collected again an hour and £500 later after the recommendation (new rear tyres) didn't work!
Small and friendly
With the issues I had with the car it took 3 months to book in the car to be looked along side 3 times of chasing from myself. When I collected the car I had a puncture which wasn't there when I gave it in and had to pay half for the wheel.
From arriving and made to feel very welcome by the reception staff to booking in my car was very easy
Paul Doel was extremely knowledgeable and went over and above to ensure I was familiar with the controls on my new car, really helpful.

they collected my car, called me to tell me they had received it, told me when the work was done and then it arrived back at work sparkly clean! brilliant communication.
I was not offered a courtesy car when mine was serviced.
The staff at Dick Lovett Hungerford are a delight to deal with and the service and communication we have enjoyed when purchasing the car, dealing with the EGR recall and, most recently, servicing the vehicle has been excellent right across the staff.
Had to continually chase via email for a response. Again I was dragged into the showroom for nothing. Offered a ridiculously low figure for my car. Apparently my 2015 reg car has devalued £7k since I bought it 9 months ago.
The repair could of been done quicker it tock just under a week to fit cameras to my mirrors
