The disappointment for me was that a courtesy car wasn't available for the date I requested and the fact you don't offer a customer shuttle service.
My car was in for checks after recent repair work and all was carried out quickly and efficiently plus they noticed an Issue with one oy my tyres which I changed a few days later.

1. The person dealing with our car left Dick Lovett. We had to wait almost 3 weeks for a spare part and only got the status when we called. 2. We rebooked the car to find the booking hadn't been put on the system 3. Car was returned without a wash

My car was booked in for a service and MOT on a Saturday, I was advised that a courtesy car was not available in advance and that no precise timings could be given. The car was dropped off at about 9am but was not ready until about 12.30pm

I have already sent a message about this but so far heard nothing back. For the first time ever my Wife's car was not very well washed on the outside and almost nothing done on the inside. This has always been a guilty pleasure when collecting.
Chris Wardley and Steven Radley were very sympothic and wanted to help as they were keen to get to the underlying issue, which bmw head office and bmw assist did not want to help with.
BMW HUngerford did a good job in my view. Unless it is shown later they incorrectly fitted the new suspension airbags I think the service is good.
I called in to see if I could make an appointment in the near future to get my brake pads changed as the warning had gone from several hundred miles life left to zero in a few days. They changed them there and then whilst I waited

It was hard to het the vehicle back the next day. You did everything you could and I got it back late evening.
Te waiting area has very comfortable chairs and the beverages are all good but it is situated in the middle of a very busy area which is difficult to shut out.

Nothing is too much trouble at DL. People are surprised how high the mileage is on my BMWs yet how great the condition is. That's because they're still serviced by a BMW dealership, and probably the best one out there, Dick Lovett.

My iDrive failed whilst touring and the advice from BMW was to take the car to a franchisee which was Dick Lovett. They were extremely helpful. They resolved the problem and kept me informed by phone.

Excellent all around. Only suggested improvement would be not to add dealer and paint protection stickers. I removed them and now have an ugly sticky mess on the windscreen and rear window...!
