The only reason I can give for not being completely satisfied is that it cost me £600 for 2 tyres
they did not deal with an issue around MOT timing which I have raised a couple of times. the service manager just blamed BMW systems and let me to deal with myself

I've never had any problems with there service or staff. Always been very happy with the service all round.
Car collected and returned on time. In addition to work agreed a Health Check was carried out and car was washed.

See above. When I booked the work I was quoted a fixed rate of £168. I received an email confirming this. When I came to pay the bill I was charged £185. When I queried this I was not given a satisfactory explanation.

Whilst I appreciate that it is difficult to complete to complete the oil service in 90 mins, if you offer the express service the vehicle has to be ready on time. I had to wait an extra 40 minutes which meant I needed to rearrange my day.

My 2014 X5 is starting to have endless engine management issues and 10 minutes after leaving the service centre the car went into limp mode. I had to take it to an independent garage as I was going on a road trip to France the next morning.
My car went into the workshop on Friday. I returned on Friday evening and again Monday evening to be told it wasn't ready for collection. A phone call during Friday & Monday letting me know this would have been helpful.
Site at Hungerford too small for business. Caused long delay waiting for car at end of busy working day. Also valeting service not up to scratch, probably due to demand.

Swindon repair service is awful, asked me to wait 6 weeks with a failure of drivetrain error/warning. Hungerford Service desk, was absolutely brilliant. Got the EGR Fault fixed within 1 hour by contacting BMW emergency services. Will only use Hungfrd

Pleasant staff but conveyor belt servicing over diagnosis / repair.
Well treated but did not fix the rear camera which failed again today (1/4/19) and still some rattles in my new car.

Should not have had to go to the BMW to get the car usable again. All caused by a puncture which could not be fixed by the driver.

The car wasn't particularly clean upon return and your service advisor took some pictures of staining to my alloy wheels to refer to BMW but I have not had an answer as yet?
The last two breakdowns have been injector failures. BMW repair policy forbids replacing the remaining two injectors, but I fear they may be next to fail, causing all parties cost, inconvenience and peace of mind.

Aside from the parking problems at Hungerford, which hopefully will be resolved at the new Thatcham facility, I've no problems with their performance; they just do the work and that's it. Good to have another BMW (1 series) as a loan car too.

Please see above. Slight misunderstanding at DL about time I had booked for MoT, but speedily and accommodatingly resolved with no fuss or any knock-on effects on me or my car. No effect at all on my confidence in DL. Excellent and professional staff
