It was easy to say we are living in the midst of a pandemic, ok the car wasn't cleaned but that would be due to limiting the number of people who touched the car.. pickup was a little strange having to wipe the steering wheel and surfaces.
Because of lockdown it is impossible to give a maximum. It maybe a small thing but as you get older having toilets available becomes more important! It is Covid-19 not you.
My preferred dealership, always helpful and supportive even in these trying times!

They only ever advise on work to be done that is absolutely necessary. Any work that can wait till the next service is always mentioned. This gives me the option of deciding what is best for me.

Have not dealt with Matt Lovelock before and he was very helpful and informative about the new car. I certainly welcomed being provided with short videos dealing with certain aspects of the car.
In these difficult times the usual experiences cannot be offered, however Matthew kept me up do date with the car sales process, he sent through more than enough links to features, driver experiences. Handover in a click and collect age was different
