Aside from the parking problems at Hungerford, which hopefully will be resolved at the new Thatcham facility, I've no problems with their performance; they just do the work and that's it. Good to have another BMW (1 series) as a loan car too.

Please see above. Slight misunderstanding at DL about time I had booked for MoT, but speedily and accommodatingly resolved with no fuss or any knock-on effects on me or my car. No effect at all on my confidence in DL. Excellent and professional staff

The actual work done as fine and even though the service was "due" because the car had only done 3000 miles since the last service and this was a big one we deferred it to next year - with the usual caveats etc.

As explained on last survey let down by BMW Assist. Snow affected speed of warranty work which was not an issue and we understood this. Just a shame the car didn't get a wash having been sat outside for a week. This is why we didn't give 5 stars.

I was disappointed that having had the car for only a couple of weeks and having to return it for a 1200 mile service then being expected to pay I feel it would have been better to have built this service into the price of the car.

I have no complaints whatsoever about the service provided. However as a main dealer you are more expensive than independents and I'm not convinced that I get any better service, so value for money is debatable.

We where having some time away in Bath, when the fault occurred, the hire car supplied had to be picked up from Newbury! Which meant going back on ourselfs, and there was some waiting around, which delayed the start of our break! Dick Lovet excellent

I have already responded to a survey on the visit: I identified that there was a lack of sensitivity from the windscreen wipers. but the response was that the diagnostics did not identify a fault. Does it have to fail completely to trigger one?

Unfortunately, the tyre supplier let them down so the simple job took far longer than expected. Not happy getting a MINI as a loan car, should be at least a similar car - especially for a Warranty job.

I have had some disappointing issues with Hungerford recently and they are working over capacity in my opinion. This means staff are struggling to communicate fully across their cross functional links and keep the customer accurately informed.
