No problems. Appointment available straightaway but booked for a few days later. (my regular dealership had delay of two months!). Courteous staff expecting me, service completed on time. Excellent facilities provided while waiting. All good.
No hassle and car was ready before time and fully valeted.
Great service nothing was a problem
Car collected and returned to my house in very clean condition at times stated. 4 star rather than 5 star because the first time I used it the "reset tyre pressure " warning displayed, perhaps because of work on the dashboard.

An appointment was made on a specific date for a named technician to complete and carry out a MOT re-test. On the day a different technician turned up to do the work. I was not consulted (very poor) and would have prefered to change the appointment.
Very welcoming and service was carried out quickly & efficient.
Having booked in the car online, I was not sure where to go on arrival. There is no signposting to suggest this is at Hungerford mini. On arrival at mini, the service assistant could not find the car on the system that I had logged in previously.
Reason for last visit was to investigate a noise. Only gave four stars because unfortunately the noise is back so will have to take further time to bring car back again.
The car was due to have a new tyre fitted, so I said I would wait. Thirty minutes later I was told the wrong tyre had been delivered by the suppliers. I was given a lift home, the next day the car was returned to me in the afternoon.
Staff knowledgeable and efficient. Liked car wash service as an extra.Reasonable MOT price.
The car went in having been recovered by BMW assistance. Lovett said that they could not find anything wrong with the car (they also did a service). Just a few hundred miles latter the car has had to be recovered, dead, again.
Always helpful, efficient staff and all work is priced fairly, with any of my local competition.. This is why I drive to Hungerford.
Been taking the car back to Hungerford since we bought it. Same as the previous 5 series.The staff know us and know what is important to us. Never fail to leave feeling totally satisfied with the outstanding service.
They are always able to fit my car in at a moments notice and the work is always done to a first class standard. I'm kept updated with progress and I feel confident that my car will be looked after.
Apparently, BMW cars are prone to wearing tyres on the outer edge?
Once I had contacted them directly they were good and picked and delivered the car back

Car always comes back gleaming, the guys who pick up and drop off are superb, and the car never has to go back for any issues.
I was able to book at short notice. The check-in was very slightly extended in that, as a late booking, I was not on the initial service sheet at reception but this was soon sorted out. The service was quick, covered all points, and the car cleaned.

No faults with Dick Lovett.
I chose to have a precautionary oil & filter change at 6000m and was told it would be 1 hr, so I waited. However, it turned out to take nearly 3 hrs as BMW decided to do several updates after the oil change - they should have told me initially.
Nothing to add I have covered this in question 1.

Easy to book in,parts ready and on time, job completed on schedule,dealer kept me informed of progress.
My car was towed in late on Tuesday, after Lovett had closed, but was ready by mid-day Thursday. One trivial thing that could have been handled better; because Lovett had closed when I arrived, I had to leave my key with the local Hotel overnight.
It feels personal and friendly
Told me what the problem appears to be - though research since suggests "feathering" of the front wheels is a particular feature of some 5-series vehicles and the "cure" is an expensive and time-consuming fix.
Usual excellent service, but I was kept waiting longer than usual

Dick Lovett have been polite and helpful and the customer facing staff are excellent. I have recently experienced a recurring fault with my X6 which is frustrating and is proving difficult to find and fix. The staff are doing their best to fix this.
What's not to like , totally free replacement parts & labour + a valet !

Notwithstanding the fact that my BMW delivery was delayed by 4 months (what was meant to be a March delivery turned into a July delivery due to manufacturing issues in Germany), the actual process of purchase/delivery at the dealership was very good.
Dick Lovett were superb. When ther was a small issue with the delivery date of the car they pulled the stops out and did a great job. Jacob the sales consultant did a great sales job and put together a compelling deal for me.
The salesman was excellent as usual, this is the 6th car that we have bought from this dealership through Stephen Radway. What I was less impressed with this time was the flexibility of the management with regards to the deal on offer etc.

The exchange of my old car (same 640 model but diesel) went through without mishap and the new one (petrol) arrived quickly. Time from build to arrival was fast.
as above. it was a rushed handover, issues with application of the paint treatment and minor damage to the front of the car. The car had simply not been prepped to an acceptable standard.
Collection was fast and easy. Again we couldn't have asked for anything better.
