From booking an appointment to getting the service done was excellent. But after the Engine oil change, I find the can is bit noisy. Not sure why. Requested to check the screen washer because of low pressure of water. Not corrected only fluid topped.

A quick and efficient service
Whereas I have previously bought BMWs from dick Lovett, this time I had a couple of faults with the car. One was settled very quickly but an issue with the navigation screen is still not sorted with no follow up. Im somewhat dissatisfied at the mo.

Service location is a mini garage opposite the dealership. This isnt obvious nor mentioned on the website.
All aspects of the service were carried out as requested. I was kept informed of additional work required and authorisations were requested and dealt with.

Routine service and MOT. Most of cost was covered by pre-purchased service plan. Work was completed on schedule and car was nicely valeted too.

Normally offered a free car clean when my car is in for a service, this was not offered. My car was not cleaned

Very helpful and pleasant salesman. No pushing at all for a sale. We had only gone in for MOT and service! but started looking at available options. Explained all the options clearly and left us to read through all the brochures etc.

Paul Doel has been very patient as I had a broken ankle and he was very understanding. The handover of the car, was excellent, he was soooo patientand took over 2 hours to talk me through everything.
Overall it was a good experience. The only thing that slightly let it down was the long wait each time we came in.
My salesman was excellent. Did all he could within his pay grade but was human and knowledgeable and never pushy
