I was told that I needed to replace my wipers because they were smearing. I declined. My car cleaner used some vinegar on the wipers and they were like new.So all they needed was a wipe with a cloth??

Fixed the problem I had which happy with - however car was in for the same problem a few months prior - in fairness I initially reported symptoms of 'stuttering engine' however it turned out to be transmission related;
Everything was handled properly and completed on time with superb notifications of progress and completion of the job.

Would have been five stars if I on the way home hadn't had to go to a garage to put air in the tyres to reset tyre pressure warning, and then reset all my settings because of an computer update. Service and staff were excellent.

The first person I spoke with about the problem with my car didn't really know much about the issue (failure of the auto headlights to switch on in poor light conditions/not sensitive enough). She thought I would just have to live with it.
The follow up video looked useful but, as the sound quality was so poor that I could not pick out what was being said, it served no useful purpose.

My local Hungerford branch has always offered a very high degree of customer service and support.
When I took in my car for an oil change I was told it would be 1.5 hrs so I walked around Hungerford but when I returned after 2 hrs, I was told they were updating software and they couldn't stop it. I had to wait another hour for it to finish.
Polite, efficient and generally great service
I booked the car in for fast track for MOT and service. I was told to bring the car in at 11.30 am and it would be ready by 2.30 pm. It was ready a bit before 2.30 so I was impressed by their efficiency.

The service was performed on time and the staff are all very polite and helpful. The only possible improvements would be better customer parking - but it is a small site - and the waiting area is a little cramped. But that's being very critical.

The salesman Stephen Radway looked after me very well and helped to work through a number of options before we found the ideal car, and then the delivery of the car was very prompt and worked around my timescales which was most appreciated.
As mentioned, Robert made it so smooth and was an exceptionally good bloke to work with. I've told plenty of friends looking at new cars that if they want a BMW he's the man to go and see.

Was kept up to date by Tom excellently, I had a few queries and he answered them perfectly. The BMW Live Chat I used was a little poor but that's not Dick Lovett, Hungerford's fault as I don't believe they're involved with that.
